Refunds Overview:

Pro Vista Digital offers refunds on its Digital Marketing Services under specific conditions. We highly recommend exploring a trial before committing to a purchase.


Complete Refunds:

  • Only purchases made within the last 24 hours are eligible for a complete refund.
  • After 24 hours, no complete refund can be processed.


Partial Refunds:

  • All other refund requests will be processed partially based on the utilized period of the subscribed services.
  • Refunds are considered if there was an issue from our end that couldn’t be resolved within 72 hours.
  • Pro Vista Digital’s support team will promptly engage with users in all refund cases.


No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • The client is dissatisfied with the digital marketing strategy.
  • The client opts for another service.
  • The client declines to apply the recommended solutions provided for any identified issues.


Refund Processing Time:

  • Credit card refunds are typically processed within 20 to 31 working days.
  • In some cases, refunds may take up to 90 days.
  • Pro Vista Digital is not accountable for these time frames and potential delays.


Campaign Issues:

  • Temporary campaign issues may occur due to various reasons.
  • Common causes include fluctuations in client internet connectivity, platform or setup issues, ISP problems, updates, or restarts.
  • Pro Vista Digital’s expert team is consistently working to resolve these issues promptly.


Server Downtime Compensation:

  • If a client experiences a disruption in their digital marketing services for 72 hours or more due to a server issue or problems caused by Pro Vista Digital, a complete refund of the service cost will be issued.
  • Alternatively, lost time may be compensated by extending the subscription for free, along with additional negotiated bonuses.
